We are a firm of Chartered Accountants having head office in Madurai with branch offices in Chennai and Madurai catering to companies in Manufacturing, Trading and Distribution, Information Technology (IT) Sector, Hospitality, Real Estate, E- Commerce and Turnkey Contracting Sectors.

Being an Audit firm in Tamilnadu, we conduct audits as per the Indian Auditing Standards and provide assurance to our clients on their Financial Statements year on year.

K V & Co as a CA Firm was established in 2011 by our Founders CA. J Kaartic and CA. V Vijaykumar both originally hailing from Madurai, Tamilnadu. As the firm matured over the years we started providing all statutory compliance services like GST, E-TDS, Income Tax Filing and Company Law.

Now the CA Firm in Madurai and Chennai has transformed to provide Business Advisory services through Virtual CFO services giving clients real time insights on their business results and guiding them to a path of monumental growth.

Internally all our communications are through MS office 365 and TEAMS with latest technology-oriented software in adding best growth strategies to our clients with timely status updates. We provide monthly knowledge sharing with clients in the form of Whatsapp Community to keep up to date on the compliance and regulatory developments.

J. KAARTIC is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

V. VIJAY KUMAR

B.Com., FCA., DISA.,

V. Vijaykumar is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has completed DISA courses conducted by ICAI. He is in practice for more than a decade. He specialises in Bank Audit and Income Tax matters. As a senior partner, he now looks at overall management of the firm and advises marque clients business management.
