A co-founder of the firm, CA. J. Kaartic has been in practice since 2011 and is a Fellow Member of the ICAI. He has been instrumental in building a strong culture of dedication and integrity. With deep expertise in Company Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, and Bank Audits, he specializes in the Companies Act, 2013, and complex Income Tax matters. As a co-founder of K V & Co., CA. V. Vijaykumar was a cornerstone of our firm from 2011 until his recent demise on March 18, 2025. A Fellow Member of the ICAI and a holder of the DISA certification, he was a driving force in creating a culture of excellence. His specialization included Bank Statutory Audits, Concurrent Audits, and Income Tax compliance. He played a pivotal role in ensuring the firm's quality control as per ICAI standards. His passion for professional excellence and his advisory skills in tax planning and business management were highly valued by our clients and team.

His specialization lies in complex GST matters and Direct Taxation, with a proven track record of representing clients before GST officials and Appellate Authorities. He is a renowned speaker on Income Tax and GST at various forums and has trained officials from both Income Tax and GST departments. His unique skills in pre-auditing books to ensure GST compliance and his expertise in forensic accounting and fraud investigations provide immense value to our clients.
